4. Water
Natural water shouldn’t be missing on our list, as you know you should be well hydrated so your metabolism works best. The recommended amount is 8 glasses of 200 ml water each day.


5. Brocolli
This delicious vegetable is packed with vitamin C, which help improve blood circulation


6. Red bell pepper
Just like brocolli, is the pepper packed with vitamin C, and the study (American Journal Of Nutrition Clinical) shows that people who eat the red bell pepper have better looking skin.
