Falling asleep can sometimes be impossible, especially with all the to-do lists and concerns in our minds. There are several ways to ensure that you can fall asleep without any problem, but often these tricks takes quite a time. Women’s Health found an easier alternative.
It is known that chamomile tea can lead to a good night’s sleep, but did you know that cherry juice sends you easily into dreamland? Drink two glasses a day (afternoon and evening) and you will sleep like a baby!
Pure cherry juice contains natural melatonin and tryptophan, both substances helps fight your insomnia. They ensure not only that you fall asleep faster, but also that you sleep longer. It is important that two hours before you go to bed, your glass is empty. To avoid that you need to wake up at night to urinate.
